If you’re working from home and you don’t want to miss any calls that are coming to your office phone, you can set up Wightman ONE to ring on your cell phone (or another phone number of your choice). You are no longer limited to forwarding calls to just one number; you can program your calls to ring at many locations, and you have the flexibility of setting and removing the programming yourself.

3. Voicemail to Email

As part of Wightman’s Call Answer, Voicemail to Email sends a copy of any voice messages to your email address in the form of an audio file.

4. Ident-a-call

If you’ll be receiving business calls on your home phone line, take advantage of Wightman’s Ident-a-call feature, which lets you have up to three additional phone numbers while retaining only one physical line. 7. Biz Anchor

If you have staff working from home, Wightman’s Biz Anchor is an auto-attendant that can route calls to your staff that are working from home using their cell phones or land lines.

8. Call Forward Features

Our Call Forward features are great options to manage your incoming calls.

• Busy Call Forwarding lets you forward incoming calls to an alternate number when your line is busy.
• Delayed Call Forwarding lets you forward incoming calls to an alternate number when your line is not answered.
• Selective Call Forwarding lets you select a list of incoming phone numbers whose calls will auto forward to an alternate number.

9. Do Not Disturb

When you’re working from home, block out distractions by temporarily stopping incoming calls. You can easily activate Do Not Disturb when you need it, then de-activate when you’re ready to receive calls again.

10. Reminder Call
